Monstera Siltepecana
Like other vine plants, they are fast growers and benefit from having something to hold on to like a moss pole, or something they can climb. Give them well draining soil - adding about 20% to 30% perlite into your standard premium potting mix will do the trick. Be prepared for some very fast growth on these - when they have a growth spurt, they take off.
Basic Care
Light is the most important aspect of plant growth, so please be sure to situate your plant in front of a window. These plants like plenty of bright indirect light. Some direct sunshine is also fine, especially if it is the morning sun that an Eastern exposure window provides. I personally have my plants under a grow light.
As a general rule of thumb, the way I water pretty much all my houseplants are the same! After the top 2" or so of the soil dries out, water thoroughly until water escapes the drainage hole.
Discard the excess water, and you are done. Simple!
